Black Girls Connected is looking for a creative and culturally aware graphic designer who specializes in social media content. This role focuses on creating engaging, eye-catching graphics for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other digital spaces that resonate with Black girls and women. The designer will help visually tell our story by designing posts, stories, flyers, and promotional content while keeping our brand identity consistent and fresh. You’ll work closely with the team to bring campaigns, events, and community messages to life, stay up to date on social media trends, and adapt designs based on engagement and feedback. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling, community building, and using design to uplift and connect Black girls.
Staff Writer

We’re seeking a Staff Writer to join our content team and help amplify the voices of young Black girls through engaging and impactful articles. In this role, you’ll write stories that celebrate their resilience, creativity, and brilliance, while also addressing the challenges they face and offering solutions. Operations Manager
Black Girls Connected is seeking an organized and reliable Operations Manager to help keep the organization running smoothly behind the scenes. This role focuses on creating and sending out monthly newsletters to keep our community informed, engaged, and connected, as well as tracking and managing volunteer hours across programs and events. The Operations Manager will work closely with leadership and volunteers to collect updates, maintain records, and ensure communication is clear and consistent. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and supporting community-centered work while helping Black Girls Connected stay accountable, efficient, and connected.

Black Girls Connected is seeking a creative and trend-driven TikTok Content Strategist to help grow our presence and impact on TikTok. This role focuses on planning, creating, and guiding content that feels authentic, engaging, and aligned with our mission. The strategist will stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and challenges, help shape content ideas and posting schedules, and collaborate with the team to highlight programs, stories, and community voices. This position is perfect for someone who understands TikTok culture, enjoys storytelling through short-form video, and is passionate about using digital platforms to uplift and connect Black girls.
